This policy explains what personal data Janson Estate collects when you download a free buyer’s guide, why we collect it, and the rights you have. We keep data to a minimum and never sell it.
Who we are

What we collect
When you request a free guide we store the email address you enter, your name if you provide it, whether you agreed to be kept informed, and which guide and language you chose. For security and to prevent abuse we also record your IP address and browser (user-agent) at the moment of submission.
Why we use it (legal basis)
We use your email to send you the guide and, only if you agreed, to occasionally keep you informed about buying on the Costa del Sol — on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The IP and browser data are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the form secure (Art. 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you ask us to delete them or withdraw your consent, after which they are removed. Data is stored on servers within the European Union.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict its use, ask for a copy (portability), and withdraw consent at any time — just email paula@jansonestate.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
Cookies & analytics
The public website uses Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. The guide form itself sets no marketing cookies. We do not share your data with advertisers.
